Home Remedies to help you to Quit Smoking!


Eating certain Foods, Spices and Herbs helps to reduce cravings. 
While quitting smoking eat carrots, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, nuts, celery, cheese stick, spinach, 
banana, almonds, figs, prunes, beet greens, raisins and crunchy foods to help lower nicotine cravings.    





                                                          
Take vitamin C or drink citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruits.         



2. Reduce Sweet Foods 
By reducing sweet foods, you'll reduce the urge to smoke.     


                                                     
3. Baking Soda and Water 
Dissolve 2 tbs of baking soda in water and drink with every meal. Will help to reduce nicotine cravings.

Grate a radish and extract the juice. Add a small amount of honey to juice and drink mixture twice a day. This will help to increase the body's confrontation against smoking.
