Calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI)
Divide Weight (pounds) by 2.2 to Convert to Kilograms
Divide Height (inches) by 39.37 to Convert to Meters
Multiply Height number by Height number = XXX
Divide Weight number by XXX = YYY

Example: Weight 120 pounds divided by 2.2 = 54.54 Kilograms
Height 60 inches divided by 39.37 = 1.524 Meters
Height 1.524 x Height 1.524 = 2.322
Weight 54.54 divided by 2.322 = 23.48 (BIM)
Normal BMI is 19 - 25
Over 25 considered overweight
