This remedy worked great for me. Cleared the acne on my arms within two weeks. It's an easy convenient remedy you can do while watching television. To clear acne treat once a day then to maintain skin couple times a week.

IngredientsRaw Potato
Instructions: Slice a raw potato and rub over the infected area until natural juices are depleted. Repeat process for 5-10 minutes replacing with a fresh slice when needed.

2. Milk
The fat and oils in whole milk help to loosen and remove dead skin cells blocking follicle opening while it moisturizes the skin preventing further build up.

IngredientsWhole Milk or Buttermilk
Instructions: Using a cotton ball saturated with milk coat the infected area and leave on overnight. Repeat treatment nightly to keep skin moisturized and follicle open.

The bacteria in plain yogurt create an inhabitable environment for acne-causing bacteria to survive. Epsom salt helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and draw out contents of clogged pores. Make sure you moisturize after treatment to counteract the drying effects of salt.
