Massaging your scalp 5-10 minutes each day will increase blood flow to the follicle of the hair promoting stronger healthier hair growth. 
Never use "hot" water on your hair!  Hot water causes damage to the cuticle weakening integrity and making hair brittle and dry.








Practices for Stronger Hair Growth

3. Omega 3
Fatty acids are essential for healthy hair growth. It strengthens the hair follicle and elasticity of the hair preventing breakage. Include flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, and soybeans into your diet. 


4. Iron
You may have an iron deficiency if you're experiencing hair loss. Iron strengthens the root of the hair.

1. Essential Herbal Oils

Scalp Hair 
Instructions: Massage oils into scalp before bed and shampoo in the morning to stimulate hair growth.

5. Onion Juice

Instructions: Mash a medium over-ripe onion to extract the juice then apply onto damp hair massaging into your scalp for 5-10 minutes then leaving on overnight shampooing in the morning.
