Gallstone Prevention Tips and Remedies


Sometimes gallstones pass through your body unnoticed, and sometimes they don't. Just like kidney stones they can be very painful to move. 
Here are several natural home remedies you can try that may help to reduce stone. Consulting a doctor is always advised before any treatment. 
Lemons, Beets, and Ginger are excellent foods for the Liver & Gallbladder. 







1. Lemon
Mix juice of half a lemon with 6 ounces of water and drink slowly. Drinking lemon water is also helpful in preventing kidney stones. 






2. Ginger
For nausea try some fresh ginger root. You can add some ginger to a drink or have some ginger ale. 
     
                                 




3. Black Seed Oil
Black seed oil is also suggested as a dietary supplement to help flush your gallbladder. 
         


                                           

4. Turmeri

Turmeric Spice is believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Concentrated mint oil capsules taking for several months may help break down small gallstones.
