However, the more toxins our body's are exposed to the harder it is for our body to eliminate them on its own. Taking a detox bath once a week or at least once a month will help to eliminate these toxins that could potentially harm you. Furthermore, removing toxins helps to improve and Clear Acne, Diminish Signs of Aging, Promote Weight Loss which is visible in just one treatment. You will be amazed at the reduction of inches after only one detox bath! Don't spend hundreds of dollars on detox pads or treatment spas when you can achieve the same results at home for just pennies.

 Weight Loss Detox Bath Recipes
Loose "inches in just minutes" by removing toxins from your body! 

Soak in a mixture for at least forty minutes or more for full detox benefits of the bath. 
The first 20 minutes of detox bath removes toxins while in the last 20 minutes the body is absorbing essential mineral from bath ingredients. 


Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Fresh Ginger Root, Essential Oils (optional)

  • Filtered Water
Fill a tub with hot water which is comfortable to the touch. Use filtered or bottled water if possible. 

  •  Epsom Salt
Mix 1/2 cup up to 2 cups of Epsom Salt to hot bath water.  The salt replenishes the body's magnesium levels, which combats hypertension as the sulfate contained in salt flushes toxins and helps form proteins in tissues and joints. (Under 60 pounds add 1/2 cup and over 100 pounds add 2 cups.) 

  • Baking Soda
Then add 1 to 2 cups of Baking Soda to the bath water. Baking soda contains anti-fungal and disinfecting properties that will cleanse the skin while exfoliating dead skin cells leaving your skin incredibly soft and smooth. 

  • Fresh Ground Ginger 
Add 1 tablespoon up to 1/3 cup of fresh ground ginger to bath water. Ginger increases the body's heat levels, which sweats out toxins. (Caution: ginger may cause your skin to turn slightly red for a few minutes.) Adjust the amount of ginger added to bath based on your skin's sensitivity. 

  •  Aromatherapy Oil (Optional)
Add 10-20 drops of essential oil for a standard size tub. Use lavender or your favorite oil. Lavender is proven to induce relaxation; however, there are many beneficial therapeutic oils such as Tea Tree and Eucalyptus oil which have properties that assist in the detoxification process. 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and then soak in bath   
The recommended time to soak in detox bath solution is 40 minutes. You should start sweating within the first few minutes. If you feel too hot, add cold water until you cool off. (Caution: you may feel lightheaded or weak.)


After Detox Bath, Drink Lots of WATER!
Drinking water after detoxing replenishes the body in addition to promoting the release of toxins after the bath. 
To further encourage excretion you may want to stimulate the lymphatic system by running a loofah over your body using long sweeping 
strokes in the direction of your heart. Then wrap yourself in a towel after bath to prolong the release of toxins. 





1. Detox Bath for Sore Aching Muscles     Ingredients: Mustard Powder                     

Soak in a hot bath with mustard powder. Mustard has healing compounds that draw toxins out through the pores of the skin, improves circulation, relaxes tight, sore muscles and promotes healing of damaged tissues. 





2. Detox Bath for Sore Muscles     Ingredients: Mustard Powder, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda

Mix 2 cups of Epsom salt with 1/4 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup dry mustard powder. (Mixture enough for two baths.) Measure a 1/4 cup of mixture and add to hot bath water soaking up to 30 minutes. Finish by rinsing skin and moisturizing to counteract drying effects of Epsom salt. 




3. Detox Bath for Dry Skin     Ingredients: Seaweed or Nettle, Melissa

Mix 1/4 cup seaweed or Nettle herb with 1/4 cup Melissa into warm bath water and soak for at least 25 minutes before bedtime each night. Releases toxins in the body and leaves the skin feeling silky smooth. 
     







4. Detox Bath for Congestion, Body Aches, and Allergies     Ingredients: Fresh Ginger Root, Hydrogen Peroxide

Mix 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger with 2 cups hydrogen peroxide and pour into hot bath water and soak for 30 minutes or longer. Detox bath helps to relieve cold symptoms, allergies and heals skin irritations. 

               
               
 
          
5. Detox Bath for Bacterial Infections     Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Epsom Salt





                         


Mix 1 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar with 1/2 cup Epsom Salt into hot bath water and soak for 30 minutes. Bath will help to relieve infections such as vaginal and bladder. 




6. Detox Bath for Toxin Removal     Ingredients: Sea Salt, Epsom salt, Baking soda, Eucalyptus Oil 

Mix 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup Epsom salt, 2 cups baking soda and 15-20 drops of Eucalyptus oil into hot bath water and soak in the solution for 20-30 minutes. Repeat weekly to remove toxins.



7. Detox Bath for Overall Health     Ingredients: Lavender Oil, Epsom Salt 

Mix 1 cup Epsom salt with 10-12 drops of lavender oil into hot bath water and soak 20-30 minutes. There are anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties in lavender oil and Epsom salt that benefit overall health. A highly beneficial magnesium treatment for strong healthy bones. 




Fat Burner Detox Drink
