Well I have officially hired a florist...or rather a floral designer. I met up with her in the local coffee shop, and after talking about my ideas, she quickly put together this bouquet.

The bouquet is made up of lisianthus, delphinium, purple and white spray roses, blue hydrangea, and pittisporium. I loved it so much that I hired her on the spot. Its Patty at Carolina Roses, by the way.

The size of this bouquet is about the size of the bridesmaids bouquets. There will not be any white flowers in their bouquets. My bouquet will be larger and will have the white spray roses (like above), plus some white freesia. For the guys, Patty will be making freesia boutinierres. My FI and my dad will have white freesia bouts, and the groomsmen will have purple freesia bouts.

The mothers will be carrying nosegays of laveder spray roses and the grandmothers will be carrying small nosegays of purple striped alstromaria lillies.

Patty will also be doing some centerpieces for us. We have decided that there will be three buckets per long table. The center bucket will have arrangements like the test bouquet, and the other two buckets will have hydrangea. Although I really dig the vase with the hydrangea and tree branches as well. Decisions...decisions...
