Track and Field Winter Conditioning is Starting up

If you are interested in Track and Field we have winter conditioning opportunities going on right now!  
                
                    Sprints, Jumps, and Hurdles are meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 3:15 outside the Library
                    Throws are meeting Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 3:15 in the weight room
                    Distance is meeting Monday through Friday at 3:15 in the weightroom

Plan to be at as many of the conditioning sessions as possible.  We will lift weights, do general conditioning and some teambuilding that will prepare you for the upcoming season.
