We will follow all hotel policies and guidance provided by staff. The staff and hotel want to ensure a pleasurable event/stay for OKLF, but also want to ensure the same of all other non-event guest. OKLF will ensure to its fullest ability to the following list of items to avoid conflicts with other guest and hotel policies:
All OKLF guest respect the facility, staff, and its guest
All activities of the group remain contained with in the designated spaces.
Upon Exit and Entry of the spaces, and in all public spaces, appropriate acceptable wardrobe shall be worn at all times.
No inappropriate discussions, actions, or behavior at anytime in public spaces.
The hotel address will be included in your registration confirmation email.
