In this class, we’re inviting you to explore what happens when you let go of the need for perfection and step into a space where energy, movement, and intention guide the experience. We’ll share how we weave our primal dynamic into rope, how to tap into your own primal nature (including finding your spirit animal), and why vetting and energetic awareness are even more important when mixing these two styles of play. We’ll also offer a hands-on exploration of a primal take on the strapado tie, inviting participants to experience the visceral energy of capture—where resistance, surrender, and embodied instinct come alive in the rope. We’ll show how basic techniques like reverse tension and lark’s head can become part of a dynamic, unspoken dance of control and power. Whether you’re a rigger, a rope bunny, a primal player, or simply curious, this class is about embracing connection through movement and energy, where the wild meets the intentional.
