This is a good quick workout that will improve your skills, footwork, and endurance. All players can benefit from this work, not just the Post Players. When doing this workout, concentrate on posting up above the block, catching the ball and then performing the moves at GAME speed.

If you have a partner, use two balls. (10 makes)
If you are alone, use ball spins. (10 makes)
Spin Moves
If you have a partner, use two balls. (10 makes)

Sikma Move (Reverse pivot, jab step, jump shot)
If you have a partner, use two balls. (10 makes)
If you are alone, use ball spins. (10 makes)
Three Point Shots (Up and back or screen and open up)
Top of the key (10 makes)
Post Flash (10 makes from each elbow)
If you have a partner, flash to the elbow, receive the pass, reverse pivot, and make a move.
If you are alone, use a ball spin to the elbow, reverse pivot, and make a move.
Shoot 50 FT's and track your shots.
