Paper submission
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
You need to send the following documents to the Organizing Committee
(E-mail: conf-phys@ogasa.org.ua) by March 4, 2024:
аpplication for participation (contents of the application are given below)
abstracts in MS Word format (.docx extension)
Abstracts for the conference are submitted in Ukrainian or English.
The decision to include materials in the collection of abstracts is made by the editorial board.
The application for participation in the conference includes the following information:
А) author details:
full name
educational organization and academic group number (or place of work)
B) scientific supervisor details:
full name
place of work
position
academic degree and academic title
C) сontact details:
e-mail
phone
D) modes of participation:
presentation with report and printing of theses
only the printing of theses text
E) abstract topic.
For multi-author reports, details of all co-authors should be provided.
ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS
The organizing committee accepts abstracts, which report on the original results of scientific or design work with the participation of the authors.
Abstracts should include: the relevance of the study, the current state of the problem, the purpose of the work, the original results of the study indicating the personal contribution of the author, conclusions, annotations of 4-6 lines each and a list of references.
Abstracts, from the text of which the author's personal contribution to obtaining the results is not clear, will be rejected by the editorial board.
The volume of abstracts can be from 2 to 6 full pages of A4 format with margins of 2 cm on all sides, typed in Times New Roman 14 pt. with line spacing ×1.2.
Abstracts with incomplete pages will be returned for revision.
To prepare abstracts in accordance with the requirements of the editors, you must download the template file (see below) and replace its text with your own.
