Great summer get-away in the Northwoods!

Two lake cottages for rent located on the 175-acre spring fed Otter Lake, in Elcho, Wisconsin, right off of Highway 45, 20 miles north of Antigo, Wisconsin. 

Cottages have combined living room and kitchen area with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans,  TV with Roku/Fire Stick and Wi-Fi. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower in each cottage with queen size beds.

Renters must supply own queen size linens, pillows, blankets, towels, paper goods, toilet paper and soaps.

Cottages available May 17-Labor Day.

Rates for 2025

Rates: $1,000 +tax per week (Saturday-Saturday), $3,500 +tax per month

Deposit due upon reservation: $200 per week - due prior to stay (deposit is non-refundable), $800 per 4 weeks (deposit is non-refundable)

Security Deposit: $250 (will be refunded at your departure if no damage to property occurs)

Balance due in full upon arrival with extra $250 for security deposit, which will be refunded at departure if no damage to property occurs.

Additional Information

The rate is for four people per cottage (no more than four people overnight). 

Family reunions, large picnics, and use of tents or campers is not allowed.  All pets must be approved by owner.  No smoking.

One 14' row boat is included (motor is optional for $100 per week, renter must supply gas & oil).

Renters must supply own life vests.

There is a shared fire pit on the property.

Each cottage has a charcoal grill.

The water is shallow by the piers, therefore, diving off pier is not allowed.
