Mutton Khichra :

 

 

 

Mix raw mutton with ginger –garlic paste and put in pressure cooker add sliced onion and green chilli, add haldi(turmeric powder) and salt . Mix it and cook it for 5 -10 minutes.

Next take rice or whole wheat and dal boiled, put this on handi (container) preferably made of copper and now add the half cooked mutton on this.

 

Next on a frying pan put oil degi mirch , dhaniya powder, jeera powder, alichi and other ingredients of garam masala and put this tadka in handi and mix it , and cooke the whole thing for 10-15 minutes and serve the delicious dish  garam garam.

 

Fish Juicy Ball:

 

Ingredients:  

Boneless fish : 250 gms, Cream one teas spoonful , Nicely chopped onion 1 piece  , Ginger , Garlic, Green Chilli, Gram Flour (Besan) , Milk , put turmeric powder, Jeera powder , salt , Garam masala and one egg.

 

Preparation :

 

First boil the fish and then put the boiled fish on a plate mix it with cream , onion , ginger,garlic, green chilli , salt , jeera powder , garam masala and adequate Besan and raw egg , mix this with milk  and prepare small small round balls with this .

 

Deep fry this fish balls on and keeps aside.

 

Now make thick curry with crashed onion, tomato ginger, garlic, green chilli, and spicy malsalas generally used for fish curry.

 

Before serving the dish put the Fish balls into this curry and garnish this with Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta) .  

 

Serve this hot.

Ingredients:

 

Mastered Seeds, Grounded Poppy seeds, Curd, 1 teaspoon of cream, Green chilli, Salt.

 

 

Steps: 

 

This is one of the easiest preparations of Hilsha.

 

Marinate hilsha fish with turmeric powder and salt for some time.

Mix mastered seeds. Poppy seeds (Posto) with Curd and cream, and then mix it well with small amount of milk and water and put it in a mixer grinder.  Grind it well and keep it aside.

 

Now take some mastered oil on a Pan and put green chillis on this now put the mixture on the pan and pieces of fish into this.   Cook it for some time in low flame.

 

If wish you can put Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta) to garnish the curry and serve this hot and it will be very delicious with plain basmati rice.
