Occupy JRC continues to move forward with their National Day of Action event planned for June 2nd in Canton. Their momentum has increased as new speakers sign on including Dan Fisher of the National Empowerment Center, Ari Ne'eman of the Autistic Self Advocacy Network, Daniel Hazen of Voices of the Heart, Joseph Sitinbull of Helping Others to Promote Equality and Kat Whitehead of the Community Alliance for the Ethical Treatment of Youth. The most recent speaker to sign on is Senator Brian A. Joyce who has been an outspoken opponent against aversive 'treatment.'
