AWANA 一直敞开耳朵聆听家长的心聲，且尽力採取目前可行的措施來改善执行节目，以便更有效的和教会家庭配搭，一同培养孩童的灵命成长。

• 請參閱所附上 9月11日的新流程圖表，以及儿童营会收取费用新的处理方式。请将这俩件文件转发给各位家长。
• 也请您鼓励各个家庭现在花几分钟的时间在家里上网为孩子注册，打印出报名表加签名，可以避免 新学年开始时的拥挤和慌乱。
• 若有进一步的问题或意见请通知。

Hello Fellowship Leaders,

The new AWANA will be started on Sep 11, 2015. The first shift of Awana short term co-work will started on the same day.

In this new school year, we are going to break the entire year to 4 serving sessions. There will be 8 weeks in each session. The first shift will be serving between 9/11 - 11/20.

We haven't gotten the detail schedule from OCCECA； so we are going to notify you the start date and end dates for the rest of serving sessions.

We are going to share the co-worker needs as below.

JF. 5 co-workers per session

Grace 3 co-workers per session

1+1 2 co-workers per session

On the 1st day of AWANA, we are gong to have our first AWANA parents orientation. All parents are required to attend the meeting. That means at least one of parents. Plus, new year registration, due payment and distribution AWANA book will take place at the same time. Start Time: 7:30PM - 8:30PM. Geraldine will have an important presentation in the evening to all the parents.

We are expecting to see you in the evening.
