Oakwood Collegiate is a school with a tradition that stems from over 100 years of academic excellence. We are proud of this
tradition and strive to maintain it through the commitment of parents, students, and staff. Oakwood graduates continue their education at colleges, universities and in the workplace.
Oakwood offers several programs of excellence: a renowned music program, a fine dramatic arts, visual arts and dance program, an Extended French program and a strong athletic program. We have two Secondary High Skills Major (SHSM) programs - in Arts and Culture & Sports. Our Co-operative Education Department places over 75 students a year in the workplace, providing our students with a real life context for learning. In addition, there are a multitude of clubs and organizations, making it possible for all our students to become involved in the life of the school.
With the energy and enthusiasm of our students and leadership of our teachers, Oakwood continues to serve its community with commitment and dedication.
