Dolly and Fraser came home from a show weekend in Fargo, North Dakota with more points to add to their resumes. Dolly accumulated her first five points towards her American Championship, including a Best of Opposite Sex over a special. Fraser took Best of Breed in all four shows to hopefully finish his AKC Grand Championship title, pending AKC approval.
Dolly had a wonderful time at her first pointing dog trials and tests in Calgary, Alberta. After having only one lesson, she demonstrated her natural ability by working the fields and pointing birds, among other things like gophers and butterflies. Thanks to the GSP Field Dog Club of Alberta for sponsoring the weekend and to all who offered encouragement and support.
"Fraser " (Can Gch Am Ch Oakisle Knight Vision) finished the year with 18 group placements plus a Best in Show in 10 weekends of owner-handled showing in Canada. A proud moment was winning Best of Opposite Sex in the Veteran Sweepstakes at the Gordon Setter Club of America National Specialty. Thank you to all our supporters.
