There do not seem to actually be blocks 19, 20, 21, 29 or 30.

My wife and I go to Oak Hill a couple of times a month to fulfill photo requests for Findagrave, and also to 'walk rows' as a project to photograph every stone in the cemetery. The 'main cemetery map' is highlighted to show what areas we have done. Many of these areas have a high percentage of photographs on memorials already, but we have found some without photos, a few not on the site, and many without GPS or with old, low resolution photos.
