Chatrel Collection and Voter Registration for the 2021 Sikyong and Chitue Election

The 2021 Sikyong and Chitue Election is upon us and to cast your ballots for the upcoming election, you must: 
  • Be 18 years or older (born on or before October 31, 2002).
  • Have an updated Chatrel Book (paid thru 03/31/2020).
  • Be registered to vote.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, Chatrel Collection and Voter Registration will be conducted by location as follows:
  • Vancouver and Camas residents:
    Sunday, 09/13/20, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm


  • Gresham and NE & SE Portland residents:
    Sunday, 09/20/20, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm


  • North and West Portland - Beaverton, Aloha etc. residents:
    Sunday, 09/27/20, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Your safety and well-being is our first priority. When you arrive at Bodkhang, please follow these instructions:
  1. Do Not step out of your vehicle. As you arrive you will receive on-premises instructions from a committee member.
  2. Drive-in towards the north end of our premises.
  3. Have your Chatrel Book/s with payment/s (preferred in check only) in a ziplock bag.
  4. From your driver's window, drop the ziplock bag in the bucket provided to you by a member (Your books will be processed by members inside the auditorium).
  5. While your Books are in process, drive around and wait in the front parking lot towards the gate. Your processed Book/s will be delivered to you by a member. Once done, please leave the premises (to avoid any traffic).
* If you are unable to go to Bodkhang, you may contact an Election Committee member in your area to coordinate with them.
