Since 28th May 2014, North West Fire Control have been handling 999 calls and incidents for four fire and rescue services using one mobilising system.
 
Our staff include many who have moved from the control rooms at the fire and rescue services and between them they have hundreds of years of experience handling 999 calls and managing incidents.

Incident Updates
 
Incident updates are not sent out from North West Fire Control. The frequency, content and information on incidents is determined by the Fire and Rescue Services themselves. Various channels, including Fire Service websites and Twitter feeds are used to communicate this information and should be referred to for all incident information.
