Top 10 Reasons Obama & Co. Planned A              Nuclear 9/11 At Super Bowl XLV

As with any legal matter, a full, independent and open investigation must be conducted prior to filing criminal charges. However, after reviewing the preliminary evidence regarding Super Bowl XLV, it's hard to believe that all of the news, incidents, evidence  and events are shear coincidence.

There have been 44 Super Bowls
prior to Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, Texas, on February 6, 2011, and nothing remotely similar  has ever occurred before, at, or after a game. Terror warnings, terror alerts, nuclear terror alerts, travel warnings, mass casualty and terror drills, 400 abandoned seats at the game, suspicious alibis, cancellations, and a host of other incidents make the 2011 Super Bowl different in every regard.

Super Bowl Terror Memo

1.1: First Ever Super Bowl Terror Memo: On January 11, 2011, only 26 days prior to the Super Bowl,  the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the Dallas Police Department, the Arlington Police Department, the United States Northern Command, the National Counterterrorism Center and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency released the following memo entitled “Super Bowl XLV: Joint Special Event Threat Assessment”:

"No credible terrorist threat to Super Bowl XLV…Lone offenders pose a threat to any large event
like the Super Bowl…One or
more improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs) in or near the stadium would
be the preferred method of attack by
terrorists…Terrorist or criminals might try to gain access to restricted areas by impersonating government or military officials
or emergency personal…Recent events serve to highlight potential risk posed to Super Bowl XLV by individuals breaching
security using false media credentials" (FBI & DHS, 2011).

Super Bowl XLV was the first time in history that a Joint Special Event Threat Assessment was issued for the NFL  Championship game. Despite the 44 previous Super Bowls occurring with no hint of terror, Super Bowl 45 required a 9 page terror memo.

1.2: No Specific Terror Threat To Super Bowl: On February 2, 2011, just four days prior to Super Bowl XLV, U.S. Government officials emphatically state that there is no specific threat to Super Bowl:

"US officials say that there is no specific threat to Sunday's Super Bowl" (DHS, 2011).

1.3: Feds Warn Of Disguised Terrorists At Super Bowl:
The next day, February 3, 2011, just 3 days prior to the Super Bowl, the Feds reverse their previous statements and warn of disguised terrorists at Super Bowl:

"Intelligence officials warn that terrorists might also try to get inside events by impersonating government or military
officials  or emergency personnel...Detecting and detaining such individuals would pose a key security challenge prior to
and during  the Super Bowl" (CBS News, 2011).

The exact same scenario depicted in the "Super Bowl XLV: Joint Special Event Threat Assessment", which stated that "
Recent events serve to highlight potential risk posed to Super Bowl XLV by individuals breaching security using false media credentials", occurred in the weeks leading up to Super Bowl XLV.

2.1: NFL Security & Credentials Stolen
: On January 14, 2011,
just 3 weeks prior to Super Bowl XLV, the following incident
took place in Arlington, Texas:

"A laptop containing NFL and Super Bowl XLV credential information was stolen earlier this week in Arlington…Several thumb
drives and security credential artwork were also taken” (Fox News, 2011).

2.2: NFL Laptops with Encryption Software Stolen: On January 30, 2011, just 1 week prior to Super Bowl XLV, the following incident took place in Dallas, Texas:

“Two more National Football League (NFL) employee’s laptops have been stolen at the Dallas Convention Center on Sunday.
The stolen laptops belonged to a private investigator and a security consultant based in California…These laptops not only
stored sensitive information but also not protected with encryption software" (Alertsec Xpress, 2011).

3.1: World on Brink of Nuclear 9/11:
On February 1, 2011, just 5 days prior to Super Bowl XLV, media around the world was buzzing about the fact that Al Qaeda now had a nuclear bomb. Interestingly, the entire narrative of Al Qaeda and their nuclear bomb has all but disappeared from the media post Super Bowl XLV.

February 01, 2011: Al Qaida On Brink Of Using Nuclear Bomb (ABC News, 2011)
February 01, 2011: Wikileaks: "Al Qaida On Brink Of Using Nuclear Bomb" (Fox News, 2011)
February 01, 2011: World "On Brink Of Nuclear 9/11" As Al Qaeda Plans Large Dirty Bomb (Daily Mail, 2011)
February 02, 2011: Wikileaks Documents Show Al Qaeda Has Nuclear Bomb (Examiner, 2011)
February 02, 2011: Al Qaeda Nuclear Bomb Underscores Importance Of Success In Afghanistan (Ricochet, 2011)

Alleged Al Qaeda Nuclear Bomb Blueprint

4.1: U.S. State Department Issues "Worldwide Caution" Terror Alert: On January 31, 2011, just 6 days prior to the Super Bowl, a terror alert entitled “Worldwide Caution” was issued by the U.S. State Department:

"The Department of State remains concerned about the continued threat of terrorist attacks, demonstrations, and other
violent actions against U.S…Demonstrations and rioting can occur with little or no warning. Current information suggests that
Al-Qaida and affiliated organizations continue to plan terrorist attacks against U.S. interests...These attacks may employ a
wide variety of tactics including suicide operations, assassinations, kidnappings, hijackings, and bombings. Extremists may
elect to use conventional or non-conventional weapons, and target both official and private interests. Examples of such
     targets include
high-profile sporting events" (U.S. State Department, 2011).

4.2: Threat of Terrorist Attacks:
On February 1, 2011, just 5 days prior to the Super Bowl, a terror alert is issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security warning of in regards to Pakistan

Threat of terrorist attacks, demonstrations and other violent actions against US citizens"(DHS, 2011).

4.3: Threat of Uncontrollable Development of Nuclear Weapons: Again, on February 1, 2011, just 5 days prior to the Super Bowl, The Voice of Russia ran with the Headline "UK And US Warn About The Nuclear Threat" which again specifically mentions Pakistan:

"The growing threat of uncontrollable development of nuclear weapons in Iran and Pakistan...The most recent American
intelligence reports concluded that Pakistan had seriously expanded its nuclear arsenal since the beginning of Barack
Obama’s presidency" (The Voice of Russia, 2011).

5.1: Preventing Terrorists from Detonating a Nuclear Device Inside U.S.: On December 20, 2010, roughly 6 weeks  prior to Super Bowl XLV, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano submitted a nuclear detection plan to the U.S. Congress:

"The Domestic Nuclear Detection Office delivered its long-awaited "strategic plan" for the global nuclear detection
architecture to Capitol Hill on Dec. 20, according to DNDO chief Warren Stern. Homeland Security Secretary Janet
Napolitano signed off on the plan that same day...In addition, the interdepartmental road map outlines the roles of a
number of federal branches in preventing terrorists from detonating a nuclear or radiological device inside the United
States...Participating entities include the Defense, Energy, Justice and State departments, the U.S. national intelligence
director and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission...The detection office was established by presidential directive in 2005 to
coordinate federal efforts to protect the United States against nuclear terrorism. It was also designated to be the lead
agency in domestic nuclear detection" (NTI, 2011).

Defending Against Radiological and Nuclear Terror Attacks: On January 14, 2011, just 3 weeks prior to Super Bowl XLV, the National Academy of Science released the following report:

"Homeland security officials responsible for defending against radiological and nuclear terror attacks did not properly test
high-tech radiation detectors for use at the nation's ports of entry...The Domestic Nuclear Detection Office, or DNDO, at
the Department of Homeland Security conducted poorly designed performance tests that undermined officials' ability to
draw reliable conclusions...DNDO officials also presented the test results "in ways that are incorrect and potentially
     misleading" (Washington Post, 2011).

7.1: First Ever Global Ambassadors Meeting in Washington D.C.:
On January 31, 2011, just 6 days prior to Super Bowl XLV, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called a historic meeting that lasted for five days from January 31, 2011, until February 4, 2011:

"Ambassadors from almost all 260 U.S. embassies, consulates and other posts in more than 180 countries are expected to
convene at the State Department for what's being billed as the first meeting of its kind...One of the officials questioned why
every ambassador in the world was required to come back to the States for a group of lectures when this could have been
     done virtually" (Politico, 2011).

7.2: 9/11 Deja Vu:
On July 1, 2001, just 10 weeks prior to 9/11, an "anti-terrorism workshop" was held in Abu Dhabi:

"More than 200 people from various strategic organisations are taking part in an eight-day anti-terrorist workshop in the
capital. The workshop, which got underway yesterday, is designed to train people in how to recognise and deal with a
terrorist attack using nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. It is the first time training of this kind...The workshop has been
organised by the General Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police in co-operation with the United States Department of State,
Anti-terrorism Assistance Programme (The Gulf News, 2001).

8.1: National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) Drill: On July 27-31, 2009, just 20 months prior to Super Bowl XLV, NLE 09 took place in FEMA Region VI, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas:

"NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism
prevention and protection...NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally- mandated exercise that includes the
participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational
elements. NLE 09 will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities,
and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants. The NLE 09 scenario will
begin in the aftermath of a national terrorist event.." (FEMA, 2009).

8.2: Arlington, Texas, Hurricane Drill: On June 9-11, 2010, just 8 months prior to Super Bowl XLV, the following hurricane drill occurred in Arlington, Texas, home of Super Bowl XLV:

"The Texas Department of Public Safety and numerous other agencies in the DFW area are participating in a live-action
hurricane drill June 9 through June 11. This exercise is intended to test emergency mobilization, response and
preparedness in the event of a real natural disaster" (NBC, 2010).

8.3: Beaumont, Texas, Disaster Drill: One June 10, 2010, just 8 months prior to Super Bowl XLV, the following drill took place in Beaumont, Texas, 300 miles south of Dallas, Texas:

"Hundreds of people from several agencies throughout the state of Texas converged on Ford Park to perform a four- hour
Rapid Response Task Force Operations Drill...A massive convoy of state and military vehicles, communications equipment
and emergency management personnel arrived to prepare for the drill. The Rapid Response Task Force is the mobilization
of many state agencies in the event of a disaster. The task force was created for the rapid deployment of State resources
and manpower to an area immediately following a disaster (The Examiner, 2010). See (Beaumont Enterprise, 2011)

8.4: Tyler Texas, Radioactive Drill: On June 10, 2010, just 8 months prior to Super Bowl XLV, the following drill took place in Tyler, Texas, 100 miles southeast of Dallas, Texas:

"Smith County emergency management geared up for a full-scale disaster Wednesday in Lindale. The emergency drill
involved a half-full school bus, a car and an 18-wheeler carrying radioactive material..."We set up a unified command,"
said Tyler Fire Department Captain Jeff Aiken. "We worked together on this drill...we've taken care of the problems as a
collective team and that's what it's all about." To give an idea of the importance of a radioactive waste drill, officials say
more than 1,100 shipments of radioactive waste have been shipped through East Texas since 1999..." (KLTV News, 2011).

8.5: Operation Lone Star: On August 6, 2010, exactly 6 months prior to Super Bowl XLV, the following mass-casualty drill entitled Operation Lone Star concluded about 400 miles south of Dallas, Texas.

"What we do and what we're training for is a mass casualty," said Texas State Guard Capt. James R. Owens..."This year,
these state assets used the annual humanitarian event Operation Lone Star to conduct a complete exercise simulating a
mass casualty incident. "At one level, we provide free care,"
said Dr. Brian R. Smith…"At the same time, it provides a
preparedness exercise for those of us in public health and the Texas Military forces to work together and to practice together
     in a major event"…
Spanning six counties in Texas, Operation Lone Star functions as an ideal execution of a real-time public
health crisis, uniting disparate agencies for a common and worthy goal" (National Guard, 2011)

400 Empty Terrorist Seats?

9.1: 400 Empty Seats at Super Bowl XLV
: For the first time in modern history, there was empty seats at a Super Bowl.  Despite being the hottest ticket in town, 400 fans were allegedly barred from entering the game based on the following reasoning by the NFL:

"Incomplete installation of temporary seats in a limited number of sections made the seats unusable" (ESPN, 2011).

10.1: U.S. President Barack Obama:
During Super Bowl XLV on February 6, 2011, Obama held a party/meeting in Washington D.C., where he met with almost his entire cabinet just as he did during the  2009 and 2010 Super Bowl:

"The guest list for President Barack Obama's White House Super Bowl party includes entertainers Jennifer Lopez and Marc
Anthony...A White House spokesman said Thursday that about 100 people have been invited, including White House staff,
family and friends and other members of Congress. Among those expected to attend are Attorney General Eric Holder,
Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Sens. Pat Toomey and Robert
Casey Jr. of Pennsylvania and congressman Reid Ribble of Wisconsin. Former Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle, Madison Mayor
Dave Cieslewicz and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett (Huffington Post, 2011).

10.2: Governor of Texas, Rick Perry:
During Super Bowl XLV on February 6, 2011, Perry was in California celebrating what would have been Ronald Reagan's 100th birthday (Star-Telegram, 2011).

George W. Bush Reading The Nuclear Bible?

10.3: Former U.S. President George W. Bush: The situation regarding Bush and Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, Texas, is an interesting one:

10.3.1: On January 31, 2011, just 6 days prior to Super Bowl XLV, in an article entitled "Bushes will attend Super Bowl", it is reported that "
George and Laura Bush plan to attend the game" (UPI, 2011).

10.3.2: On February 6, 2011, the day of  Super Bowl XLV, Bush cancels his trip to Switzerland:
"Former President George W. Bush was forced to cancel a trip to Switzerland amid concerns of massive protests and calls from human rights groups to investigate his administration for war crimes...The ex-prez learned on Friday his invite to speak at an event in Geneva hosted   by the United Israel Appeal, a Jewish charity, had been nixed" (New York Daily News, 2011).
10.3.3: On February 6, 2011, Bush attends Super Bowl XLV (Telegraph, 2011). During the game, Bush could be seen reading what appeared to be a Kindle or tablet every time the camera panned his way. Whether Bush was reading The Nuclear Bible is still a mystery, but it is a real possibility. Why Bush changed his plans 3 times in a matter of a week is up for debate.

10.4: 9/11 Deja Vu: Coincidentally, on 9/11, former U.S. President Bill Clinton was in Australia
(CBS, 2009), and former U.S. Vice President Al Gore was in Austria (Rense, 2006).

DHS & NFL Partnership

1: Fans Have ‘Shared Responsibility’ for Security at Game:
On February 4, 2011, just 2 days prior to Super Bowl XLV, the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security states that:

Fans Have ‘Shared Responsibility’ for Security at Game...We are partnering this year with the NFL on our ‘If You See
Something, Say Something’ campaign and launching that NFL partnership right here at the Super Bowl...If a fan at the
Super Bowl or any other American at any other place sees something that is potentially dangerous, then say something
about it to local law enforcement or someone in authority" (CNS News, 2011).

Should a terror attack have occurred, there is no doubt that the blame would be put squarely on the American people in attendance at the Super Bowl.

2: 2011 Nuclear Security Summit On April 11, 2010, roughly 14 months prior to the Super Bowl, Barack Obama spoke at the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington D.C. and stated the following:

"The single biggest threat to U.S. security, both short-term, medium-term and long-term, would be the possibility of a terrorist
organization obtaining a nuclear weapon…We know that organizations like al-Qaeda are in the process of trying to secure
nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction, and would have no compunction at using them" (USA Today, 2011).

3: Cancellations Galore: On the days leading up to as well as the day of Super Bowl XLV, multiple cancellations occurred with not a lot of explanation. In many cases, the celebrities and players actually left town prior to the Super Bowl. During the exact same time as the cancellations, The Nuclear Bible was a viral internet sensation that may have had a role in the mass exodus out of Dallas, Texas.
  1. Canceled: Super Bowl Concert (Dallas Voice, 2011)
  2. Canceled: Warren Sapp Superlegends Super Bowl Bash  (Z Events, 2011)
  3. Canceled: The Big Ante Super Bowl Party Charity Event with Patrick Crayton  (Super Sunday HQ, 2011)
  4. Canceled: Michael Vick Super Bowl Party (Huffington Post, 2011)
  5. Canceled: Everson Griffin Super Bowl Party (ESPN, 2011)
  6. Canceled: Arlington Community Super Bowl Watch Party (Star-Telegram, 2011)
  7. Canceled: Prince Concert (Billboard, 2011)
  8. Canceled: Erykah Badu Concert (Dallas Observer, 2011)
  9. Canceled: Snoop Dogg Appearance (Fox, 2011)
  10. Canceled: Michael Sorrentino aka “The Situation” Appearance (Fox, 2011)
  11. Canceled: Adrian Peterson All-In Celebrity Poker Tournament (AdrianPeterson.com)
  12. Canceled: George W. Bush's Trip to Switzerland (NY Daily News, 2011)

When it comes to legal question of indictment, there is none better than famed former Los Angeles County District Attorney        Vincent Bugliosi, author of “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder”. Aside from his successful prosecution of Charles Manson in 1970, Bugliosi has successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder convictions without a single loss, in his stellar career at the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.

According to Bugliosi, there are five basic types of legal questions that must be posed prior to indicting a person or administration with a murder, or in this case, conspiracy to commit nuclear terror:
  1. Did the defendant(s), or did they not, conspire to commit nuclear terror?
  2. If so, was there, or was there not, a legal justification, such as self-defense, for the act of nuclear terror?
  3. Was the intent to kill via nuclear terror premeditated?
  4. At the time of the act, did the defendant(s) have malice aforethought (intent to kill)?
  5. Could conspiracy to commit murder be proved beyond a reasonable doubt?
As with any legal matter, a full, independent and open investigation must be conducted prior to filing criminal charges. However, after reviewing the preliminary evidence regarding Super Bowl XLV, it's hard to believe that all of the facts, evidence and events are sheer coincidence. After all, there have been 44 prior Super Bowls with nothing remotely similar occurring as to what transpired in Dallas, Texas, on February 6, 2011.

Of course, there is never any legal justification, ever, for conspiracy to commit nuclear terror on innocent American civilians, and it appears that at least the intent to terrorize, if not kill, was definitely there.

As to whether a case of conspiracy to commit nuclear terror could be proved beyond a reasonable doubt, the short answer is probably, but only after an investigation with full subpoena power.

It is now up to the American public to forward the information within The Nuclear Bible to District Attorneys throughout America. Once the facts of the case are reviewed, it is likely only a matter of time before officials
subpoena, depose, and indict the following suspects:

U.S. President Barack Obama, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet
Napolitano, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, VP of NFL Security Milt Ahlerich, NFL Spokesman Greg Aiello,
owner Jerry Jones, former U.S. President George W. Bush, Texas Governor Rick Perry, all 260 U.S. Ambassadors.

While the aforementioned names are not a complete list of potential suspects, it is a great start in what will eventually become the trial of the century. Due to the magnitude and nature of the events, the suspects will likely engage in plausible deniability.

Plausible Deniability: Plausible Deniability refers to the denial of blame in loose and informal chains of command where
upper rungs quarantine the blame to the lower rungs, and the lower rungs are often inaccessible, meaning confirming
responsibility for the action is nearly impossible. In the case that illegal or otherwise disreputable and unpopular activities
become public, high-ranking officials may deny any awareness of such act or any connection to the agents used to carry out
     such acts.

It is amazing how the Obama White House knows the inner workings of Al Qaeda. Either the U.S. government has people inside of Al Qaeda, or the U.S. government is Al Qaeda.

Based on the information given to the public on the days prior to Super Bowl XLV, the U.S. government knows:
  1. Who: Al Qaeda
  2. What: A Nuclear 9/11
  3. When: On the "Brink", Meaning the Verge of  (Webster, 2011)
  4. Where: High Profile Sporting Event/Super Bowl
  5. How: Stealing Security Credentials/In Disguise to Attack Super Bowl
If we can openly expose the Super Bowl conspiracy, like 9/11 Truth, it will open millions of minds to state sponsored terrorism and the current state of government. Please forward the information contained within The Nuclear Bible to mainstream and alternative news outlets while you still can. If Obama would nuke the Super Bowl, there is no limit to the evil that this man and his administration is capable of. Namaste.
