Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal


1 Cup Instant Oatmeal

1 Cup Almond Milk 

1 Stick Cinnamon

1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Spice

1 Tbsp. ground Cinnamon

1 tspn Vanilla

1/2 cup Pure Pumpkin

For Toppings:

Frozen Strawberries

Frozen Blueberries

(you could also use fresh)

and Walnuts


In a large cup or container, soak oatmeal in almond milk.

Next, add about 1 cup of water to a medium size pot 

add cinnamon stick and bring to a full boil. 

When it begins to boil, discard the cinnamon stick.

Add soaked oatmeal carefully and set heat to low.

On very low heat bring oatmeal to a boil again until it rises. Stir.

Add pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin spice and ground cinnamon.

You could also add some sugar to taste. 

Stir and bring to a simmer.

Serve Warm. Add toppings.
