Linguini with Spicy Poblano Sauce

16 oz Linguini pasta
4 Poblano Peppers
2 Serrano Peppers
1/2 cup Cilantro
2 garlic Cloves
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Chicken Flavor Knorr
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. Place Poblano and Serrano Peppers on a griddle on medium to high heat. Turning occasionally until all sides begin to blacken and blister on all sides.
3. Remove the seeds, stem and skin from Poblano Peppers. Remove the stem and skin from Serrano peppers.
4. Place Cleaned peppers, cilantro, garlic cloves, milk, sour cream and knorr in blender.
5. Pulse until well blended and creamy.
6. Add sauce to cooked pasta and allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
7. Garnish with Queso Fresco.
8. Enjoy!
