Microwave Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory (MICSLab)
Founded in 2006, the Microwave Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory (MICSLab) is led by Prof. Kun-You Lin at National Taiwan University. The lab focuses on the research and development of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave integrated circuits and systems using Si-based and compound semiconductor technologies for wireless communication, radar, and high-speed electronic applications.
