Microwave Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory (MICS Lab)
Founded in 2006, the Microwave Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory (MICS Lab) is directed by Prof. Kun-You Lin. The lab focuses on the research and development of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave wireless transceivers, as well as their key circuit building blocks, for wireless communication and radar applications.
Research Topics
Microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits and systems
Advanced power amplifier design and linearization techniques
High-power amplifier module development
