The Problem
With crowded and busy Apple Stores, it is difficult to have customer questions answered.  

The Solution
Customers go to a designated touch workstation or kiosk (for this, I used iPad) to get a personalized help and/or support.

The reactions after using the functional prototype kiosk Apple Store app were positive. Some of the comments after using the app were, "I wouldn't mind using something like this at an apple store.", "uhh...", "But, this is not human", "Put it on the app store".

Field tests and further research would be necessary to determine whether or not this solution solves the problem.
