Run walk on Sydney's North Shore & surrounding areas
Every Monday at 6:30 pm - rain, hail or shine
Newcomers and visitors are all welcome, fit or not
Walk, jog, run, shortcut or whatever you like - but have fun
Approx. 5 km walk and 8 km run - usually about an 1 hour
Afterwards we stay for an inexpensive dinner in a local eatery
