Check-in

Tournament registration will take place on Friday, May 24, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM in the South End Zone Stadium Club at Lane Stadium on the Virginia Tech Campus. All teams are required to register Friday night, May 24. NO EXCEPTIONS! The following items are required to register your team:

  • The original and 2 copies of your state certified roster
  • Permission to travel form (for teams outside Region 1 if required by VYSA-see rules)
  • Medical release forms for every player, including guest players (in same order as your roster)
  • Certified player passes – each player must have one, including guest players (in same order as your roster)
  • Completed guest player forms (for teams outside of Virginia, if required by your state association)

Teams failing to provide the above information will not be allowed to participate in the Tournament. Please refer to National Bank Summer Kickoff Tournament rules for guest player eligibility and team eligibility. Any questions to these rules must be addressed to the Tournament Director (td@nrusa.org) prior to arriving at registration.

At registration on Friday night, the tournament programs and pre-ordered tournament t-shirts will be available. We will also have tournament t-shirts available for purchase.
