New Richmond Elementary Parents Association (NREPA)

Welcome to the home of the New Richmond Elementary Parents Association.  Here you will find links to all of the meeting minutes as well as other information on our organization.  We hope you find this site useful!

The New Richmond Elementary Parents' Association is an open group of parents working together to support and serve the three New Richmond, WI public elementary schools ~ Hillside, Paperjack, and Starr.  Together, we feel we can promote a positive learning & growing environment for the children of New Richmond.

NREPA activities include the fall carnival/art fair, three Scholastic Book Fairs per year, fundraising collections, and more!  Through these activities, we are able to sponsor many programs and events for all three schools including, but not limited to, Tiger Reading, the AR store, visiting authors, teacher lunches during conferences, and teacher appreciation week activities.  We are also able to support other opportunities for our students by providing funds to aid in the purchase of many items (past examples include: the kiln at Starr, Paperjack's sound system, the small Hillside playground, and more).

We invite all parents to attend the monthly NREPA meetings!  The principals of each elementary school do their best to attend each meeting as well. This provides parents with an opportunity to stay informed about any changes within the schools, they discuss issues and concerns with the parents and provide input & ideas for upcoming events.  Attending meetings in no way binds you to volunteering for anything.

This page hopes to enhance communication between the parents within the NR School District.  If you would like to receive information from us, please email us at the link below and include your name and school so we can add you to our appropriate list ~ this will provide you with email copies of our newsletters as well as some volunteer requests and other information updates all pertaining directly to your school building.  Also, feel free to like us on Facebook at as information, minutes, volunteer requests, and other information can easily be found there as well for all three schools!  This page is also linked to the district website at:
