Payments can be made in the form of post-dated cheques or e-Transfer.
Payment will be made in 4 instalments within each academic year on the following dates:
September 1st (payment for Lesson #1 to #9, total of 9 lessons);
November 1st (payment for Lesson #10 to #18, total of 9 lessons);
January 1st (payment for Lesson #19 to #27, total of 9 lessons);
March 1st (payment for Lesson #28 to #36, total of 9 lessons).
Performance Fee
Performance fee will be collected to cover the expenses involved (i.e. equipments, rental, etc.) in organizing studio recitals:
$40/ student if family has one child registered at the studio;
$30/ student if family has two or more children registered at the studio.
$0/ student for students who study two instruments at the studio.
Individual Lessons
36 individual lessons are provided from September to May.

Registration Fee
A $50 registration fee will be due upon registration, which will be credited to the last payment instalment of the academic year .

Class Dates
1. All classes are on Saturday morning. Exact class time will be confirmed in August.
2. Students will be assigned to one of the groups.
3. Class dates might vary according to Ms Nova's performance schedule. In case of class date change: make up classes will be given in school breaks.
Students/ parents needs to inform the teach at least 24 hours prior to the lesson through email/ phone if they can not come to a lesson. It is parents and students responsibility to inform the teacher if they can’t come to a lesson even during the circumstances that no refund or no rescheduling will be made. Music education, like education in all other areas, requires respect to teacher, discipline and commitment.
Only excused lessons that are approved by the teacher will be rescheduled. No refund will be made if rescheduling is not successful.
It is recommended for students, who are exhibit flu-like symptoms but feeling well enough to have lesson, to switch from in-person lesson to online lesson when their excuse from in-person lesson is made with-in 24 hours prior to lesson time.
Audio and/ or visual recording during lesson for the student's practice is permitted, while the teacher owns the right to restrict the distribution of such recordings.
Termination before October 1st - Paid tuition minus $100 will be returned.
Termination after October 1st - no refund will be made.
Parents are expected to pick up students after lessons on time. The teacher is not responsible for students' safety when the student leave the premises after the end of the lesson/ performance.
Students' parents are allow to observe lesosn of their children - while it is recommended that older students should learn to take responsibility of their lessons and study, and to attend their lessons alone.
Parents are responsible to keep the students' siblings behave well in the teacher's premises or during studio recitals.
Only siblings from the same family who are taking lessons are allow to enter the premises.
Two studio recitals will be held each academic year. It is an important part of music education and all students are expected to participate.
Students might be encouraged to participate in music festivals/ exams/ other performances if the teacher finds appropriate.
For Instrumental Study: Student has the responsibility to practice according to the instruction of the teacher, and to keep a detail record of his/her practice.

For Theory Study: Student has the responsibility to study and complete the assignments given by the teacher before every class.
