Granola Bar Bites

1 cup quick oats

1 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup ground flax seed

1/2 cup nut butter (I use sunflower seed butter)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

pinch of salt


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.

2. Roll mixture into bite size balls.

3. Store in airtight container for up to one week in fridge.  Makes 25-30 balls.
