Nottingham Adult ADHD Support Group

We are a support group for both adults with ADHD and their parents. We meet on the last Monday of every month between 7pm-9pm at
All Souls Community Centre, Ilkeston Road, NG7 3HF, just outside Nottingham City centre.

We meet to offer support, understanding and friendship. Our meetings are informal and loosely structured, although we have started having topics to discuss, so we can pass on helpful tips and bring a bit of focus to the meetings. We talk about anything ADHD related, help each other with the symptoms and difficulties that adults with ADHD experience on a daily basis and have a good time.
Our group only started meeting a few months ago so is currently a small group but we are hoping to get bigger. We welcome all adults with ADHD with or without diagnosis, their parents and partners. All meetings are free, confidential and non judgmental. Tea and coffee is provided and feel free to bring biscuits or cake they are always welcome :)
If you have any questions you can email Sue at
The next meeting is on Monday 25 June, between 7pm-9pm. Bernadette Sarginson, a life coach and de-cluttering expert, will be giving us hints and tips on decluttering and keeping tidy. There will be handouts and a booklet for everyone. It should be a useful and interesting meeting with plenty of time for us to raise specific tidiness problems with Bernadette.
