Library 101 is an orientation for newly hired public library directors, sponsored by the Library Service Areas and typically offered four times each year. This 2-hour online program introduces new directors to library support systems and services in Iowa. Public library service standards are also discussed, along with explanation of popular statewide programs. People new to support staff position, as well as new library trustees, are welcome to attend.
