Lodging: Camp Koinonia, located seven miles west of Cle Elum, will be our Northwest Forest Frenzy headquarters! Cabins, tent sites, and meals are available for the weekend, and they can be booked through our registration system.

Koinoia Information:

Beginning Friday August 1, accommodations are available to NWFF participants at Camp Koinonia, a summer camp on 120 acres located seven miles west of Cle Elum. Cabins, camping, and meals can be booked at Koinonia through this registration system. Sports equipment can be checked out at Koinonia, and we anticipate that the camp will be a lot of fun.
Cabins have bunkbeds and vary in size. There are two 2-person rooms, two 3-4 person rooms, one 5-6 person room, fifteen 8-person rooms, and one 11-person room. Many of the cabins have restrooms inside, and the older cabins share a separate central restroom. Please make note of your first, second, and third choice rooms and who you would like to share a room with in the "additional notes" section of your registration. We will assign rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone will need to bring sleeping bags. Tent camping is also available.
Meals are available beginning with dinner on Friday night; Koinonia also offers sack lunches that can be brought to the meet site. All meals must be booked in advance through this registration system and cannot be purchased on-site. We have checked with the camp about certain special diets; Koinonia will offer vegetarian options but cannot accommodate gluten free diets. Please make note of any other dietary restrictions in the "additional notes" section of your registration, and we will check to see if the camp can accommodate them.

If you are considering lodging options other than Camp Koinonia, we recommend that you make reservations as early as possible, because there will be a popular bike tour over the same weekend and many of the hotels are already full.
