Pastor's Fit Club

As many of you know, I've gone through a bit of a transformation.  I’ve lost over 115 pounds, gained strength and flexibility, and have changed my relationship with food. 

People say I’ve done it on my own, but that’s not true. I’ve worked with a nutritionist, therapist, personal trainer, and physician. I’ve also had the support of family and friends. YOUR support has been amazing! I can’t thank you enough for your love and care.
Our faith tells us that we are blessed so we can be a blessing to others. I have been richly blessed this past year. Now it’s time to pay it forward with Pastor’s Fit Club!

I believe the body and spirit are intertwined. I embarked on the journey to health and fitness so I could fully live out my call by being my best for God.

What do we?  It's not just about working out at the gym (though we do that, too).  We walk, bike, share healthy recipes, pass along nutrition and lifestyle info.  There's something for everyone.  All fitness levels are welcome. No training or special knowledge is necessary.
