The Northern District is organized through the Virginia State 4-H Horse Program and governed by the Northern District 4-H Horse Council which meets every other month. Our next Northern District 4-H Horse Council Meeting is scheduled for October, 4 2017, at Fauquier Extension Office in Warrenton, Va; TIME 7:00pm. Agenda for this meeting is pending. 2017-2019 Officers: President-Linda Brown; Vice President- Michele Roszell; Secretary-Faye Strickler; Treasurer-Rose McDonald.
