The Northern Rail Cycle Forum exists to promote Best Practice in the integration of cycling and rail travel in the Northern Rail Franchise Area.
Northern Rail operates local services in the North of England, from as far south as Nottingham to Newcastle and Carlisle, including routes through many of the North's National Parks.
The Last Cycle Forum meeting was on the 16th December in Leeds.
This was also the last meeting to be funded by Northern Rail as the current franchise holder but we are talking to Arriva about to look at future proposals.
The Northern Rail franchise was taken over by Arriva as of 1st April 2016.
