Welcome to the 2023 swim season!

If you are receiving this email, it means you or your swimmer has signed up for the summer swim season. If you think you've received this email in error, please let us know.

This is the first in a series of weekly emails that you will receive, and contains information about the week ahead, as well as events coming later in the month. All of this information will also posted to the team website: www.goneptunes.com You can also sync the Neptunes google calendar with your own and have the swim meets and events added automatically. The calendar is on the front page of the website and will soon have the entire season schedule for all known events. A list of meets is also on the website at Meet Schedule.

Team Practice begins - Tuesday, May 30 at North Creek Pool

The pool is closed Thursday, so this week practice will be on Tues, Wed, and Friday.

ages 13+: 4:30 - 5:30 pm

ages 10 and under: 5:30 - 6:15 pm

ages 11-12: 6:15- 7:15

**The pool is open to the public, so you MUST bring a current MVF activity card for entrance to the pool.

Weather delays / cancellations - Neptunes practice RAIN or SHINE. We only cancel or delay practice for thunder/lightning. This is a decision that is often made last minute, as the weather can change suddenly. We do our best to let you know ASAP - first by posting on Facebook and when possible, putting a note at the top of the www.goneptunes.com webpage.

Preteam: Practice will begin the week of June 19. We'll be sending a sign-up link for evaluations later this week.

Once evaluations are completed, you will receive a separate email with pre-team practice times.

Registration and Payments

Registration is still open. You must be registered in order to attend practice. Links to registration at www.goneptunes.com

If you did not submit your payment online, we'll be collecting cash/check at practice all week. Please make out your check to "North Creek Swim Team"

Team Suits and Apparel

Team suits are not required, but families wishing to purchase one should do so ASAP as shipping times are longer for the customization. Purchases through the affiliate link earn some money for the team.
