The Normandy Elementary Family Contribution (Pledge) is a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) initiative designed to reduce the number of fundraisers each year, while still raising the funds needed to support the programs of our school. 

PTO uses this money to fund many items at Normandy.  Some of these items include updates to the computer lab, extra technology for classrooms, and playground equipment.

One of the greatest benefits of donating is that 100% of every dollar donated goes to enhancing education, as your tax-deductible contribution is not split with any fundraising vendors. The Normandy PTO budget generally supplements the expenses that are not covered by the school district. We cannot do this without your contribution. If we do not meet our contribution goal, the  PTO will have to do school fundraisers such as selling candy bars, cookie dough, butter braids, wrapping paper and so on. Please contribute today and help enhance your child's educational learning.

Where do your Family Contributions go?

In 2016-2017, PTO spent nearly $24,000.  We purchased 65 Chrome Books, 4 carts for Chrome Books, and everything from the Teacher Wishlist.
