We are interested in increasing diversity in the scientific community and increasing opportunities for internships, careers, and educational development for undergraduate and graduate students, with a focus on underrepresented peoples. We have a strong focus on community outreach particularly in environmental, ecological and sustainability education. NMSU Science Alliance aims to unite individuals from different branches of science under one organization with similar interests and goals. Current members of Science Alliance include graduate and undergraduate students in a variety of disciples including Biology, Ecology, Wildlife, Agriculture, Chemistry and History. NMSU Science Alliance is housed within the Biology department at NMSU. All majors are welcome to join.
