Merchandising Manager
- Participating in the definition of the company's overall merchandising policy, coordinating the activity of several teams and assessing the merchandising actions (analysis of the inventory turnover rate and customer behavior).
- Optimizing the organization of toy sales shelves (location, development, quantity, etc.) in order to increase commercial profitability according to the brand's commercial objectives: establishing a commercial action plan, developing a product layout plan and controlling its application, negotiating the location of a product, placing products on the point of sale, proposing development axes, strategies or opportunities.
- Sales of ready-to-wear, toys, gadgets, stationery, exclusive distributor of brands Lego, Mattel, Walt Disney, Superjouet, Nathan.
- Merchandising Manager for the Disney products and then Head of Sales & Buyers
- Selection and organisation of the Walt Disney sales in the Middle East and Africa
- Support for the gradual integration of Walt Disney commercial licenses (including negotiation of their net worth).
- Development of strategic recommendations to refocus the investment on the key drivers of value.
