The United States Guardian Angels (USGA) is a growing, nationwide organization. The basic mission of the USGA is to uphold the constitution of the United States and to preserve life, defending American citizens however possible. There are absolutely no government officials or politicians involved whatsoever and that is precisely how the USGA wants to keep it. There is no anti-government stance or anything of that nature; it is simply believed that politics as we know them today would not be of any benefit to the cause. The USGA is spread through numerous states and the goal is to have a presence in all or most states with each state forming its own units while being able to coordinate with other states, thus leading to a mass organized nationwide defense force. Each state unit is designed to have a rank structure even though ultimately the commanding officer (CO) of each unit will be responsible for upholding it.
