As TEAM USA HEAD COACH, Won 2 IDBF NATIONS CUPS, his teams have won over 100 world championship and US Nationals medals, and competed/coached TEAM USA in every IDBF world championship!

pay on clinic day = $70
prepay = $65 (mail check to "NJ Dragon Boat Club, P.O. Box 51, East Hanover, NJ 07936)
proceeds fund the US Premier National Team Program.
Morning session:
Introductions
Breakfast munchies provided (coffee, coffee cake, muffins)
Review of plan for the day
On land discussion of what will be done on the water,
technique issues
Water session with filming,
on the water drills
Lunch Break
Grilled Burgers/Dogs lunch provided with drinks and chips. (veggie burger avail)
Video review (veggies, twizzlers)
Afternoon Session:
On land discussion of training: preseason, on the water,
Water session:
Reinforce earlier film session
Practice pieces,
Wrap up questions, etc.
WHAT TO BRING
chair/towel for outdoor lecture
pfd (this is a "must wear PFD" facility). we have pfds, and yes inflatables are allowed
sun screen
paddles (we have wood paddles)
water toys (i.e. outrigger, standup board, etc)
FACILITY NOTES
"The Boat House", 850 Lake Shore Drive, Parsippany, NJ 07054
We have limited on-site parking. Plenty of local street parking.
USE care in driving on lake shore drive - police are serious about the 25 MPH signs!
No parking on Lake Shore Drive
We have a storage container where you can keep your valuables and changing area
We have a regular bathroom facility
We have a 2.4 mile "trail" around the lake for those wanting to get in an AM warmup
MEAL NOTES
We will have light breakfast munchies available during registration.
Lunch = grilled burgers (beef and veggie) / hot dogs, chips, veggies, ice cream
Drinks = We'll have gatorade cooler with ice water and one with ice tea to fill your bottles
RSVP you require other lunch needs, send me a couple suggestions.
ATTENDEES
We currently have a mix of paddlers from area mixed teams as well as BCS crews too.
Everyone should feel free to ask Coach Bob anything! during our on land sessions.
