Jane Lambert
Jane Lambert is a barrister of Lincoln's Inn and of the Northern Circuit. She practises at the intellectual property bar and specializes in advice and representation for start-ups and other small businesses. She has practised at the Bar since 1978 and has appeared in many reported cases a few of which are listed on her website. Jane Lambert has written or contributed to many books and articles on intellectual property and technology law including Enforcing Intellectual Property Rights, which was published by Gower in February 2009. She has given many presentations on the subject some of which are listed here. Jane Lambert is also a domain name dispute resolution panellist for the WIPO and her decisions are listed here. She received her mediation training from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2000 and was accredited as a mediator in 2002.
