Enforce a Confidential Disclosure Agreement for as Little as £475

posted 21 Aug 2010, 04:31 by Jane Lambert
NIPC Inventors' Club Blog has published an article on the NIPC Arbitration Scheme under the above headline.

Confidential disclosure agreements are not the only kind of agreement that can be enforced cheaply through our arbitration scheme. Others would include:
-    joint ventures
-    manufacturing agreements
-    licence agreements
-    distribution agreements
and indeed ad-hoc dispute resolution agreements.   All the sort of disagreements that I referred to in my presentation to Leeds Inventors' Club on 21 July 2010.

I am giving an updated presentation on resolving disagreements with collaborators, investors, licensees and others at Sheffield Inventors Club, Sheffield Central Library on Monday 4 Sep 2010 at 18:00 and at the IP Office's Protecting Your Ideas and Inventions  at Leeds Central Library on 15 Sep 2010 between 09:00 and 13:00. Both events are free but you have to book for the IPO's event.   You can secure your place by completing the IPO's on-line booking form.
