Put your Case

Unless there is a dispute of fact that can only be resolved by cross-examination or arguments that need to be evaluated in an oral exchange the arbitrator will try to resolve the dispute without a hearing.

If a hearing is required, the arbitrator will choose the most convenient venue for the parties. The Company will book the premises and make sure than the arbitrator and each of the parties have all that they need. Make sure that you comply with the arbitrator's directions as to bundles and skeletons. Ensure that your legal representatives and all your witnesses attend on time.
