Short Bio

Nilesh Bhaskarrao Bahadure is a seasoned academician and innovation leader, currently serving as Principal and Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) at Aditya Engineering College, Beed, Maharashtra, Bharat. With over 23 years of rich experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has consistently driven institutional growth through innovation, entrepreneurship, and interdisciplinary research. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubanesawar (NIRF:18, Institute of Eminenence) and has previously contributed to leading institutions such as GSFC University Vadodara, Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Nagpur, Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur, and Bhilai Institute of Technology (Raipur and Durg), where he successfully led initiatives in R&D, curriculum development, startup incubation, and national-level funding programs. 

Dr. Bahadure’s research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Embedded Systems, Machine Learning, Biomedical Image Processing, and Smart Agriculture. He has authored more than 70 research publications in reputed Scopus and SCIE-indexed journals and conferences, and has 13 books to his credit. A dedicated member of several professional bodies, including IEEE, IE(I), IETE, ISTE, ISCA, SESI, ISRS, and IAENG, he also serves as a reviewer for renowned journals like IEEE Access, IET, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley. Known for fostering a strong innovation ecosystem, he has mentored students and faculty in grant writing, project development, and patent filing, aligning closely with national missions such as Startup India and Atal Innovation Mission.
