Nik Nikolov is a Registered Architect in the State of Pennsylvania. He holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate, which signifies meeting the national standards established by all 54 NCARB Member Boards, and 11 Canadian provincial associations. Since 2006 ha has been a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, which signifies leadership in the field with advanced expertise in green building as well as an active engagement in the practice and education of green building.
Nik is a member of
the American Institute of Architects, Delaware Valley Green Building Council, Green Building Certification Institute, and the Building Technology Educators Society.
Currently Nik Nikolov is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at Lehigh University where he teaches architectural design and technology. Nik holds a professional Masters of Architecture degree from Rice University (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bennington College (1997). Additionally, he studied in the Industrial and Civil Engineering Program at the Higher Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Sofia, Bulgaria (1992-1995).
