About me

I am currently an Assistant Professor of psychology at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. I earned my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at Temple University and completed an IES postdoctoral fellowship at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.  Broadly speaking, I use an ecological systems view of development to further the understanding of how social processes and motivation lead to differences in cognitive development and academic achievement.
