I am a physicist, I work on the theory of quantum machines at Rigetti Computing in Berkeley, California.
Previously I was Research Associate at INRIA Paris, in the group QUANTIC with Mazyar Mirrahimi. Before I was a CIFAR postdoctoral fellow and then Research Associate jointly at McGill University with Prof. Aashish Clerk and at Université de Sherbrooke in the Épiq group with Prof. Alexandre Blais. I did my first postdoc in the Quantum Transport and Information group of the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa, working with Prof. Rosario Fazio mainly on the quantum properties of mechanical resonators.
I did my PhD thesis in the Laboratoire de Physique et de Modélisation des Milieux Condensés with Prof. Frank Hekking and Dr. Anna Minguzzi on the Josephson effect in superconductors and quantum gases. I studied the quantum dynamics of superconducting nanocircuits and cold atoms, in collaboration with experimentalists. I also taught physics and mathematics at the Joseph Fourier university and at the lycée Champollion.
